This rose was beautiful, but somewhat delicate. It looked beautiful in the bouquets but aged faster than the rest. Perfect for the wedding day though. Just a shorter life span.

Intimate Wedding at Beautiful Stone Barn

Our wedding was a long time coming.

We met more then two years ago and had a long distance relationship for most of our time together.

He lived in the US, and I in Canada.

Once we were engaged we had even more of a wait ahead of us as I went through a long and tedious Visa process. Because we couldn't plan a wedding far in advance, we decided to keep it small and intimate. Being able to order greenery and flowers from Fifty Flowers while I was still living in Canada for a wedding in the USA made the whole process of planning SO much easier!

When I saw the greenery for the first time I jumped up and down. It was beautiful - and exactly what I had imagined for our small, simple and minimalistic wedding. The bridesmaids made the bouquets the night before the wedding and we used some of the extra greens to decorate the arch for our ceremony as well and it all paired perfectly with the big stone barn/venue that we held the wedding at (the same spot we got engaged at just one year ago!)
