Flowers not as pictured.

I ordered these dahlias for an event with a soft pink and warm blush color scheme. I was skeptical to order a dinnerplate variety online because I thought they would be too delicate for shipping, but I decided to take the risk after reading the positive reviews. Unfortunately what I received was a small (2-3" across) lavender hued waterlily dahlia - most of which were slightly crushed or not fully opened upon arrival. What I received looked more like the "Lilac Star" variety also sold through this site. It was so blatantly different from the expected dinnerplate dahlia that I contacted customer service. Unfortunately they wouldn't issue a refund because they felt like the flowers looked to be in decent shape. I found this very frustrating because I couldn't use them for the event. It ended up being a total waste of money for me and I was forced to go out and buy replacement flowers elsewhere.

Obsessed with these. They are HUGE. Enourmous flowers! They were so perfect right from the get-go I was worried and paid extra attention to them. I had so many I made two large ceremony arrangements with these as well!
