Didn't open well, flowers turned brown

The flowers came in totally brown and unusable for a wedding on Saturday. Called in, they tried to tell me it was change in weather that caused the damage in transit. NOPE - the stems were rotten, the flowers were already rotting. She wanted me to be transferred to their flower specialist to see what they can do for me. There is absolutely nothing - I hope the credit comes thru.
