Blush and Burgundy Autumn Wedding

For the bridesmaid bouquets, I used 3 secret garden roses, ~3 stems of white spray roses, ~3 burgundy berry dahlias. I filled in with the gunnii eucalyptus and used a few stems of the blush colored flowers from pink lisianthus (ordered separately). For the bride's bouquet, I used ~one extra stem of each kind of flower. I used strapping tape to bind the bouquets and I found some silk ribbon to tie them with, although I completely forgot to tie the extra ribbon/streamers on the day of the wedding!

For the centerpieces, I used an eclectic mix of vessels: I found some beautiful 6" diameter (5" tall) mercury glass compotes (x5), sets of 3 bud vases of different shapes and heights which I picked up from different craft stores (x5 sets), and some different thrift store finds of pedestal vases/compotes (x4). I used oasis floral foam for all of the centerpieces (except the bud vases!). In addition to the flowers that I purchased from FF, I had purchased a few extra bunches of fillers: purple wax flower (2 bunches), pink lisianthus (2), purple (was actually berry bungundy) ranunculus (1), and huck (1). I used the huck (which I loved!) as a base for all of the floral foam centerpieces. I think that we ordered the perfect amount of flowers overall. We used all of the flowers and only had some of the gum drop eucalyptus left over.

We were able to get everything done in 5 hours the day before the wedding (mainly just one person working, but my mom helped to fill in the centerpieces after I had mostly finished them). I was so pleased with the attentiveness of the staff at FF to my order. The guests were all amazed that we had done the flowers ourselves and we received so many compliments! I do wish that FF had the option to order just a few extra bunches of a few kinds of flowers (in not such huge quantities), but I understand that they ship directly from farms, so that would be difficult to implement. I completely recommend Fifty Flowers! I had zero experience, but with a little YouTube and Pinterest, I was able to learn a lot and had a lot of fun.
