I cut the stems and put them in buckets of water to keep fresh, which worked really well. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e20 bushels ended up being a lot more than I was expecting, and I had plenty for the decor, centerpieces (on 24 tables) and draped across the head table. I ended up drying the leftover eucalyptus out after the wedding to save for later.
